Add and Subtracting Integers game 28/03/18

 

Today I played the same game that I played in one of my old posts called 'Math play.' IN this game you have to add and subtract integers. To find the treasure chest, you have to earn things to find it e.g monkey, crew. You have to solve 7 questions to earn everything and complete the whole game. Order Ops game 28/03/18

 

Today I played another game that involves BEDMAS. In this game you first have to pick your character. Then you go into this castle where you have to solve BEDMAS equation/sum. The game automatically sets a bracket/parentheses for you to start off. You have to click on all numbers and the multiplication symbol e.g x, -... After you solve all of it you go up the stairs and you save someone. You keep doing this until you have saved a total of 7 royal people. BIDMAS game

  

Today I played a BIDMAS game. On this game, you can either play with your friends or by yourself. In this game, you have to roll the dice to get your numbers. Once you get your 4 numbers, you have to make a equation/sum to equal those numbers on the side. After you make your equation/sum you press the equal symbol (=) and see if your number matches up with the number on the side. If you get your answer correct, your number will be highlighted. DLO 27/03/18

Today me and my friend Kane created a DLO (Digital Learning Object) on how to solve word problems using the best strategy we know. I found it easy to do this DLO because I understood what to do. Also please feel free to leave a comment down in the comment section down below.

Prototec 27/03/18

 

Today I did the Prototec Stage 8 timed test as usual and got a score of 40/40 and with a time of 3m & 20s . I find a lot easier because I keep on doing it every day. I find LCM's and HCF's a lot easier too.  I wish I could do something a little bit harder since I find this test easier now. Anyways, if you want to give this a try click here.

Writing task 23/03/18

 

Today I played a game that was called "Battleship'. In this game, the purpose is to try and hit the enemy/opponent. This game is actually tricky because when you click in your square it appears in the enemy's screen different to where you clicked. Also, you have to answer a question if you don't make your enemy miss you or you don't hit the enemy several of times. Assonance 23/03/18

Today I played an Assonance quiz game that helps you wit assonance in writing. In this game you have to answer questions that involve assonance. Prototec 21/03/18

 

Today I did another Prototec Stage 8 timed test as usual and got another score of 40/40. I find it really easy now because I keep on doing it several of times. Troy's Toy's game 20/03/18

 

Today I played another game called 'Troy's Toys' to help understand the terms of percentages. In this game, you must find out the percentage of buying 5 toys and check if your answer is correct. You keep continuing until you decide when to stop. I found this game kind of hard because I didn't really know what I was suppose to do until I kept ofn trying several and several of times. BIDMAS game 20/03/18

 

Today I played a game called 'BIDMAS' . The aim of the game is you basically have to use BEDMAS. You have to roll the dice and you'll get 4 numbers from the dices. Then you have to make up your own equation/sum using those 4 numbers to use BEDMAS. If you use BEDMAS correctly when making your sum, your number will appear on the grid on the side of it, highlighted in red. Today I did another Prototec Stage 8 timed test with a score of 40/40. I found this test easier and easier since I keep on doing it everyday. I don't really find HCF's and LCM's hard often. I also find fractions and percentages easier than last time too. Today I did another Prototec Stage 8 timed test with another total score of 40/40. I find it easier and easier as I keep on doing it. I still find HCF's a little bit tricky, especially when the numbers are over 10. But even though I got 40/40 I still need to learn more. Independent and Dependent Game 15/03/18

 

Today I played a game that helped me with my writing. The game has a total of 30 questions helping you to understand the terms of independent and dependent sentences. A independent sentence can stand on its own and is also simple. A dependent sentence is a sentence that doesn't make sense and uses a AAWWUUBBISS. I found it really easy to do this task/activity because I knew what a independent and dependent is. Also if you would like to play this game click here.

Who wants to be a Hundredaire?

 

Today I played a game called 'Who wants to be a Hundredaire'. In this game you have to try get up to question 10 to get $100 dollars. But in order to get that money you must answer 10 questions involving 'Order of Operations'. I found this activity hard because I had to try this game a couple of times to complete. Prototec 15/03/18

 

Today I did another Prototec Stage 8 test with a score of 40/40. I find LCM's and HCF's easier and I understand it more now than last year. I still find this a little tricky because sometimes the equations are HCF of 20 and 14 or something with big numbers that you have to multiply. But even though I got 40/40 I can improve even more. 

Adding and Subtracting Integers 14/03/18

Today I played another game that helped me understand the terms of adding and subtracting integers. In this game the aim is to find all of the things that's on the picture. But to earn them you have to solve some equations that involves integers. But if you get one equation incorrect you still continue solving out equations but don't find the treasure chest to complete the game. I found probably easier than the other site called 'Math Games' because they were doing sort of simple and easier equations than the other site.

Adding and Subtracting Integers 14/03/18

 

Today I was using a site called 'Math games' to help understand how to add and subtract integers. On this game you have to try and get up to level 4. I think that from level 1 to 3 it's quite easy but level 4 was so difficult. I only knew how to do basic adding and subtracting integers but I didn't really understand the rest. Today I created a DLO (Digital Learning Object) on how to add and subtract integers. I found it really easy because I understood what to do and I also understood how to solve out the equation.

Prototec Stage 8 13/03/18

 

Today I did another Prototec Stage 8 with a total score of 40/40.  I know how to do LCM's and HCF's. I found a little bit easier than before because I been doing this test more often. But even though I completed the test I can still improve a lot.

Today I created a DLO (Digital Learning Object) on Prototec Stage 8 timed test. I got 40/40 with a time of 4 minutes and 25 seconds.  Even though I got 40/40 I can still improve even more.

Today I created a DLO about a story where you have to collaborate to your group to figure out the mystery. I found it easy because I understood what to do.

Physically, Emotionally, and by being cyber-bullied. All of the tips and information are in the inforgraphic at the top. Also I found this really easy to do because I just kept on searching for facts and was giving my opinions on fixing this dangerous situation.

Today I created another DLO for writing instead of maths. In this inforgraphic above it explains the rules of simple sentences and compound sentences. All of the information are in the inforgraphic at the top. I found it easy explaining this because I understood what to do.

Today I created a DLO (Digital Learning Object) on how to add and subtract integers. I found adding and subtracting integers a little hard because I didn't really understood what to do with integers until I kept on practicing it until I got use to it.
