Today I played a game called 'Rounding decimal sharks'. In this game it will ask you questions about how to round decimals. If you get it wrong then the sharks will get closer to you. If you get it correct then one shark will disappear. However, as you keep getting the answers correct the more harder the questions become. Anyways, I found doing this task/activity easy because I knew how to round decimal numbers. Also if you have any queries/opinions about my work please don't hesitate to leave them in the comment section down below. Thank you!
I am a Year 8 student at Glen Innes School in Auckland, NZ. I am in Room 6 and my teacher is Miss Donaldson.

Today I played the same game called 'One at a time' but asks different questions. The moral of the game is to round up the numbers that the game asks you. For example, at the bank, a customer turned in 592 dimes and 189 nickels. To the nearest hundred, what is the total number of coins the customer turned in? The answer will be 800 because if you round up those numbers then you will get 800. I found doing this task/activity easy because it was quite similar to the other game. If you have any queries/opinions about this please don't hesitate to leave them in the comment section down below. Also if you would like to try out this version of the game the URL to the site will also be in the comment section down below too. Thank you!
