Astria - Countdown to Impact 27/09/18

A teacher in another school has recently blogged that:

“Students don’t learn much playing this game called Astria – Countdown to Impact: Their time could be better spent doing other things”.

Do you agree, disagree or partly agree/disagree ?

I strongly disagree to this because I believe that the game 'Astria - Countdown to Impact' is a great game for children. The reason why I believe this is because when I tried out the game it was actually pretty great. It is also a educational game that helps students identify facts and bias and also helps them improve in their reading and writing. However, let me explain a little bit about the game.

In this game, you are on a planet and there are rumours that a meteorite is coming towards your planet in approximately 100 days. You then need to collect 6 pieces of evidence of how to stop the incident. But in order to collect the evidence you have to read the piece of evidences and see if there are facts, the source of the evidence, and the bias.
However, in my perspective I still do consider what the teacher has said. There are a bit of fixes they need to do like change the graphics a little bit and some other things too. But either than that I still believe that the game is a amazing, educational game.
